Pre and Post Training Stretching and Foam Rolling Classes are available at CrossFit. Sessions run from 17:30 to 18:30 on the following dates;

Each attendee must be correctly dressed in land training clothes and trainers and have their own Foam Roller.
Please arrive 10 minutes before the class is due to start.
Qualifying times are now available for the 2018 Burns Meet. As this gala is jointly hosted by Chester-le-Street ASC and Derwentside ASC, swimmers who meet the qualifying times should enter.

The draft programme for the Richmond Dales Back to Pool Gala at the Neptune Centre, Middlesbrough is now available.
Richmond Dales ASC have stated that they will remove any items left in the seating gallery by swimmers to reserve seats for parents before the gallery opens. Richmond Dales ASC also ask that parents do not reserve seats for other parents, as the gallery has a limited amount of seating.
Well done to Harry Nicholson and Thomas English on being selected for N&D teams and also both being selected for Swim England’s Talent Phase 1 Program – A series of county development camps.
There will be no training on Saturday 16 and Sunday 17 September for A, B1, B2 and B3 due to the Richmond Dales Back to Pool Gala. C, D and E squad training will go ahead as normal on the Sunday as their pool is not affected.
There will be no training on Saturday 28 and Sunday 29 October for A, B1, B2 and B3 due to Short Course NERs. C, D and E squad training will go ahead as normal on the Sunday.
For both Sundays, if swimmers from A, B1 B2 or B3 would like to train, please speak to Kevin Burns.
The temporary timetable is now in effect until refurbishment work at the Leisure Centre is completed. Don’t forget to make sure you are in the right place at the right time for your sessions.
In some instances, families may find they have a clash and should speak to coaches to ensure swimmers can attend as many sessions as possible

We’ll be closing for our break following the final session of the season on Friday 18 August.
The upcoming disruption caused by refurbishment work at Chester-le-Street Leisure Centre means that we’ll be working to a temporary timetable when we return on Monday 4 September
