Pre and Post Training Stretching and Foam Rolling Classes are available at CrossFit. Sessions run from 17:30 to 18:30 on the following dates;
- Friday 22nd September
- Friday 27th October
- Friday 17th November
- December date TBC
Numbers are limited and places will go on a first come first served basis. Anyone wanting to attend must either email firstname.lastname@example.org or text on 07792019575
Each attendee must be correctly dressed in land training clothes and trainers and have their own Foam Roller.
Please arrive 10 minutes before the class is due to start.
