Enter a Gala

Entering a Gala Online is now the preferred method for making gala entries. We have now stopped taking paper entries.

To begin, you will need

• To know which swimmer you are entering
• To know which gala you are entering

If you are asked to provide times, you will need to ensure they have been converted to the course length of the competition.

If you have all of these, you can continue

You can not use the online entry system to enter open water or other non-standard events

Other ways to enter a gala

In specific circumstances, and only if instucted to do so by the gala coordinator, you can enter a competition by using the Paper Entry Form (PDF) or the Microsoft Word (DOCX) version of the entry form
