Due to Galas in May, all Metafit sessions will be combined into one hour sessions starting at 17:30 and finishing at 18:30.

All swimmers must wear a club hat and red club T-Shirt at the gala.

Congratulations to our 23 North East Regional Championships Qualifiers this year. Good luck to everyone and our teams representing the club.
Due to problems at Freeman’s Quay Pool Durham County Council have advised us we are unable to hold the gala next weekend.
Thanks to everyone who offered help but in the very short timescale we have been unable to find a solution.
