We apologise for the delays with these accepted entries. There have been some problems as this meet has been heavily over subscribed.
#WearPurpleforJIA is a campaign started by two JIA mums in 2015 to raise much needed awareness and funds for children and young people living with Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis. There are an estimated 12,000 children and young people living with JIA in UK!
If you’d like to take part or donate this Friday, please wear purple. We’ll be taking donations on the night.
The swimmers listed below will be representing Chester-le-Street ASC at the fourth round of the Junior League 2018. (Note that the fourth round is our third gala)
Swimmers must travel to the competition at the Neptune Centre, Middlesbrough, on the coach provided by the club. The coach will leave at 13:20, but please arrive before 13:15 so that we can depart on time.
All swimmers will need to wear their red Chester-le-Street ASC t-shirts when poolside and must also wear red Chester-le-Street ASC hats when swimming.

A number of sessions will be cancelled on the weekend of Friday 15 to Sunday 17 June due to the gala taking place at Harrogate.

The Gateshead and Whickham Summer Meet 2018 is now open for entries through the online entry system. We have stopped accepting paper entries, and all entries must now be made online. Contact support@chesterlestreetasc.co.uk for help with this new system if you need it.

An education workshop for parents of age group swimmers will take place on Sunday 20th May at Leeds Aquatics Centre.
The session will cover how parents can support the development of their Age Group and Youth Swimmer.
The session will be led by Swim England Talent Officer, Fred Furniss.
No need to book, just come along.
The club will close for the summer break on Friday 17 August, with the final sessions being on Friday 17 August.
Some specific sessions will finish for summer earlier than this date.
The club will reopen on Friday 31 August, though some sessions will start again later.
Our small pool squads will close during the same period as all other squads this year.
CrossFit will continue as normal.
