Storing Personal Belongings During Training Sessions

Durham County Council have asked us to remind all members that they are not responsible for property left in the changing village during training sessions. Even though Chester-le-Street ASC may be the only user of the pools during a session, other customers from the gym, sauna and other facilities still need to use the changing village.

Members must stow their belongings in a locker in the changing village, take them poolside or give them to a parent for safe keeping.

Raffle and Tombola Prizes for the Junior Meet

The club are currently planning fundraising events to be held during our Junior Meet, on 26-28 October.

To help with this, we will gratefully accept donations for our raffle and tombola at the Gala. If you are making a donation, please make it to Lisa Ward, Sarah Fairbairn, Steven Fairbairn or Joanne Palmer by Friday 19 October.

We’re doing this because we are constantly striving to raise our profile and generate funding for our swimmers to allow our talented young athletes the opportunity to excel in their chosen sport and support ongoing development at all levels, from our learn to swim programme, through to our performance training squads.

If you are able to help or require any more information, please do not hesitate to contact our fundraising team via email at fundraising@chesterlestreetasc.co.uk.
