There is a Durham Hub session this Saturday at Sunderland Aquatic Centre 10:00 – 12:00.
More Hub Sessions have been planned at Sunderland as follows;
- 21st April 10:00 – 12:00 10:00 – 12:00 (hopefully to have a coaches presentation on Pre and Post Pool)
- 9th June – 10:00 – 12:00
- 14th July – 10:00 – 12:00
There will also be a Junior Hub session on 19 May (same weekend as Age group NERs) which will be open to 8 swimmers from each club aged 9 – 11. More information about this will be announced later.
