The AGM will cover the Treasurer and Head Coach Annual Reports, set out outline plans for the coming year and also include the election of our 2016/2017 Committee.

For those who would like to nominate themselves for a Committee position, a list of posts and a brief outline of responsibilities can be found below.

Nominations can be made by completing a Nomination Form, which can be collected from our club noticeboard in the spectator gallery,or downloaded below. Each nomination must be proposed and seconded by a current club member. Please note that the form must be signed by the nominee, in addition to the proposer and seconder, in order to be accepted.

To be eligible for a committee role, you must be a member of the ASA and Chester-le-Street ASC, therefore if you are interested in volunteering for a position, but are not currently a member, please could you see Gail Burns (Registration Officer) as soon as possible to arrange membership.

The closing date for nominations is Friday 19 February 2016 and all forms must be completed and handed to Gail Burns or before this date to be eligible for election. Unfortunately, any forms received after this date cannot be accepted.

As always we thank you for your continued support and look forward to seeing you all there.
