Setting up a Direct Debit

To get started, make sure all of your swimmers are connected to your club account and then select “Payments” from the menu.

You’ll now follow a short step to give us the information required to create a Direct Debit.

You’ll need your branch sort code and bank account number to hand, as well as your email address and the address your bank account is registered at.

Once this is done we’ll set up your direct debit and start charging you your club fees automatically from the next month. You’ll receive an email  on the first day of each month as you already do detailing the current month’s fees and a separate email on the first working day of the month to let you know how much we’ll charge you on your direct debit. Money will be transferred from your account within 5 working days.
