Our Land Training Programmes are lead by experts in their field. From our Stregnth and Conditioning Programme provided by CrossFit Chester-le-Street, to our Metafit Sessions held at the pool, these sessions are designed to help our swimmers be the best they can through both strength and stamina.
CrossFit and Metafit sessions are open to all swimmers in A, B1, B2 and B3.
Swimmers must arrive ten minutes early and bring plenty of fluids to these sessions.
