Final Morning Session of the Season is on Monday
Monday 31 July will be our last weekday morning session of the season. Sunday morning sessions will continue to run until we shut for the summer on Friday 18 August. Metafit has now finished until January.
CrossFit Cancellation
The CrossFit Centre will be closed on Sunday 6 August, so the A and B1 CrossFit session will be cancelled.
