Arrangements have been made to take our younger swimmers from B2 & B3 squads on a team build activity session at Tees Barrage Activity Centre, Stockton on Saturday 18 June 2016 (10am to 12pm).
Full details will be confirmed closer to the date.
Please note that this will be a heavily subsidised event (exact cost to be confirmed depending on the level of interest).
We’re sure it will prove to be a great event and fantastic fun for our swimmers so mark the date in your diaries!
We are proud to announce that we have 35 qualifiers for this year’s N&D County Championships.
A big well done to all those who have achieved qualifying times, and we would like to wish you all the very best of luck at next weekend’s competition.
Our new N & D Championship kit is being distributed to our county qualifiers this week. The new kit comprises of a Championship poloshirt and swim hat, which has been funded by our new sponsor Michael English Roofing and our Club Swim Shop.
Commencing with this year’s championships, all qualifiers will be expected to wear this kit when competing in N & D events.
Please could parents be aware that all current and future qualifiers will be provided with ONE shirt only. Therefore swimmers are responsible for ensuring the care of these, so that they can be worn to future championships.
If any of this year’s qualifiers have not yet received their new shirts, please see Lianne Pye to collect as soon as possible. Swim hats will be distributed to those who compete at the event, and will be given to swimmers on the day of competition.

Now we just have to ‘swim the part’ not just look it!
We are collecting Sainsbury’s active kids vouchers for the club, which we plan to use to get land training equipment for our swimmers.
Please could you ask friends, family, work colleagues, anyone you can think of to help collect as many vouchers as possible. The more we collect, the better the equipment!
Vouchers can be handed in at the sweet shop on Friday evenings, or handed to Lianne Pye or Sarah Fairbairn at other times.

We are also looking for poolside and general volunteers to assist with preparations and on the day.
If you are interested in volunteering and can spare some time to help, please speak to Jo Wright before 12 February 2016.
Membership renewal packs have been given out this week to all members. If you have not received your pack for your child/children please see Gail Burns (Registration Officer) as soon as possible.
The renewal period will start on MONDAY 25 JANUARY, and the last day of collection will be TUESDAY 1 MARCH.
Please hand your completed forms, in the folders provided, and payment to Gail Burns or Ruth Moralee on a Monday, Tuesday or Friday evening.
