Parents are advised that due to a swimmer with a severe nut allergy, Chester-le-Street ASC Swimmers are not allowed to touch or eat nuts at galas.
Parents are asked not to bring seats for the back of the spectator gallery at Sunderland

Late entries to the NERs can be made on Tuesday 1 November to Barbara Routledge or Joanne Palmer. Late entries will cost £15.

The Friday night session of the Tynemouth Gala had been pushed back to start at 18:00.
This is due to roadworks in the Tynemouth area at the A19/A1058 Silverlink Junction and A1058 Billy Mill Junction causing congestion.
