Inter-Club Training Session Two
After recently attending a training session hosted by Tynemouth ASC, we returned the favour on Sunday afternoon. Tynemouth swimmers joined our A & B squad swimmers in the pool, before being put through their paces at one of Bunny’s signature Metafit sessions.
Not sure what you think, but I don’t think we worked them hard enough, too many smiles and not enough red faces for my liking!
Sounds like the afternoon was a success, and we thank all those who dragged themselves away from their Mother’s Day celebrations to take part in the session.
