Emory Eagles v Delta State
Our very own Adam Charlton hit the swimming headlines last month, topping the podium in both the 100 and 200 Fly events at an inter-university NCAA divisional meet hosted by the University of West Florida.
Adam, competing for Delta State delivered some tremendous performances it seems, clocking up times of 51:75 & 1:54:31 (!), helping his team to take the Emory Eagles men’s team by 20 clear points ( after finishing some 7 places behind them at the same championships last year!).
It’s fantastic to hear of Adam’s ongoing ( and very exciting by the sounds of it) success, and I’m sure it’s not the last we will hear.
