Junior Hub Session – Saturday 28 November 2015
Please note that there is a Junior Hub Session being held at Louisa Centre Stanley this Saturday.
The aim of the Junior Hub session is to bring talented swimmers together to train from around County Durham.
Swimmers aged 10/11 in squads SD1 and above are eligible to attend. Please see below for full details.

Pool 06:00 to 08.00 (poolside warm up 05.45)
Land 08. 00 to 09.00
Lecture 09.00 to 10.00
Cost : £10.00 (swimmers receive free hat)
Venue: Louisa Centre, Stanley
Equipment: swimwear, shorts/t shirts for landwork, snacks and drinks
Parents please note that you are more than welcome to watch the pool session, however there is no viewing area for the land session or lecture
