C, D, E and Dolphins – Sponsored Swim at Chester-le-Street Leisure Centre
For C, D, E and Dolphins Squads.

We are looking to host a second sponsored swim on 14 October, 15:30 – 17:00 with members of the CrossFit centre and their chosen charity of Epilepsy Action, monies raised will be split 50/50 between club and charity. Funds raised for the club will go towards new trophies for our annual club gala.
We would hope that each swimmer tried to gain sponsorship of £5, which can be paid via JustGiving.
6 teams will swim a distance equivalent to a mile.
Rules:
- Swimmers will be split into 6 teams covering squads C,D, E and dolphins
- Teams will be announced October 8th via club website, each team to be given a colour or theme
- Each team will need to complete 1600m, 50m to be swum per swimmer in each lap for C, D and E squads. Dolphins swimmers will be expected to swim 25m
- Teams will all start at same time
- Fastest team to complete the 1600m will receive a prize
- We will assume all swimmers will attend and only not include them should prior notice be given before Team Announcements on 8th October
- We will expect good cheer and laughter at all times
