We hope everyone is refreshed and raring to go again after the summer here is a reminder of the training arrangements for the start of the new season.

Pool Training – all squads

First session Sunday 4 September 2016 – afternoon session only

Please note that there will be no morning sessions until Sunday 11 September 2016, following which time full training programme resumes.

Metafit

First session Friday 9 September 2016.

CrossFit

Tuesday sessions will resume from 6 September 2016. Further details regarding this will be issued as soon as possible to A & B squads in the next few weeks.

B2/B3 Squads

A reminder that all B2/B3 swimmers are required to bring socks and a T-shirt to train in for the first 6 weeks back, to help regain fitness.
