Removal of the British Swimming Medical Declaration Form

A reminder that as of 1 January 2016 the British Swimming Medical Declaration form has been removed from use.

All athletes are now responsible for their own medical needs and checking medication, to ensure that they comply with doping restrictions.

Please see the attached notice from the ASA which provides detailed guidelines of the new procedures in place.
